TERMS OF USE Last Updated: September 4, 2026 Welcome to House of Astara. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the House of Astara website, booking system, communications, and services provided by Lisa Marie. By using this website, submitting a booking request, or participating in a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use where acceptance is required. 1. ABOUT HOUSE OF ASTARA House of Astara provides non-clinical life coaching, personal guidance, reflective conversation, intuitive insight, and supportive services designed to help clients explore their experiences, decisions, relationships, goals, patterns, perspectives, creative direction, and personal growth. Sessions are provided by Lisa Marie, Intuitive Life Coach & Guide. House of Astara is not a medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, financial, or emergency service. 2. NOT THERAPY OR MEDICAL CARE Services provided by House of Astara are not psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric care, medical treatment, diagnosis, or any other form of licensed healthcare. Lisa Marie does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, medical conditions, or psychiatric disorders through House of Astara. The services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice. If you believe you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional in your location. 3. ELIGIBILITY You must be at least 18 years old to independently book or participate in a House of Astara session. By booking a session, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to agree to these Terms. 4. NATURE OF THE SERVICES House of Astara sessions may include deep listening, reflective questions, personal guidance, perspective, exploration of patterns and blind spots, intuitive observations, and discussion of life circumstances. You remain fully responsible for your own choices, actions, decisions, relationships, finances, career decisions, health decisions, and personal circumstances. Any intuitive observation, interpretation, reflection, or perspective offered during a session should not be treated as objective fact, guaranteed prediction, diagnosis, or professional instruction. No particular result or outcome is guaranteed. 5. SCOPE OF SERVICES AND RIGHT TO DECLINE OR DISCONTINUE House of Astara may decline, discontinue, pause, or end a session or service when reasonably necessary, including when a client’s needs or circumstances appear to fall outside the scope of the services House of Astara provides, when continuing would be inappropriate or unsafe, or when a different type of professional or emergency support appears more appropriate. A decision that a matter falls outside the scope of House of Astara does not constitute a medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other professional diagnosis. Where appropriate, a client may be encouraged to contact a qualified healthcare professional, mental health professional, emergency service, legal professional, financial professional, or another appropriately qualified provider. House of Astara does not provide emergency or crisis intervention services. 6. BOOKINGS Available session types, duration, price, date, time, and other relevant information are displayed during the booking process. Before submitting a booking request, you are responsible for reviewing the booking details carefully. Submitting a booking request does not mean that an appointment has been confirmed. A booking remains pending until confirmation is provided through the House of Astara booking system or another authorized communication channel. The booking system or confirmation communication should indicate whether an appointment is pending, confirmed, rescheduled, declined, or cancelled, as applicable. House of Astara may accept, decline, reschedule, or cancel a booking when reasonably necessary. 7. TIME ZONES AND INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS House of Astara serves clients internationally. The booking system may display appointment times according to the time zone selected or detected during booking. You are responsible for verifying the correct date, time, and time zone before submitting and attending your appointment. House of Astara is not responsible for missed appointments caused by a client’s incorrect time-zone selection, device settings, or misunderstanding of the displayed appointment time. 8. PRICES AND CURRENCY Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed by House of Astara are in United States Dollars (USD). The applicable session price will be shown before booking confirmation. House of Astara may change the price of future services at any time. A price change will not retroactively alter the agreed price of a previously confirmed booking unless both parties agree otherwise. 9. PAYMENTS Where payment functionality is available, payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. House of Astara does not intentionally store complete payment-card information on its own website. Additional terms imposed by a payment provider may apply to transactions processed through that provider. 10. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, REFUNDS, AND MISSED SESSIONS Bookings are also subject to the House of Astara Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy. Before completing a booking, clients must separately review and affirmatively accept that policy where acceptance is required by the booking process. The Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy forms part of the agreement between the client and House of Astara for the relevant booking. 11. PRE-SESSION QUESTIONNAIRE House of Astara may request information through a pre-session questionnaire in order to understand the purpose, context, or focus of the requested session. You should provide only information that you are comfortable sharing and that is reasonably relevant to the session. You should not submit unnecessary medical records, diagnoses, financial account information, passwords, government identification numbers, or other information that is not required for the service. Information submitted through the questionnaire will be handled in accordance with the House of Astara Privacy Policy. 12. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY You understand and agree that you are responsible for evaluating any ideas, observations, perspectives, or suggestions discussed during a session. You retain full freedom and responsibility over your decisions. House of Astara does not guarantee personal, emotional, professional, relational, financial, spiritual, or other outcomes. 13. INTUITIVE GUIDANCE Some House of Astara sessions may include intuitive observations or reflections. Such observations represent personal interpretation and perspective. They are not presented as scientifically verified facts, objective certainty, guaranteed predictions, medical conclusions, or professional diagnoses. Clients are encouraged to use their own judgment and seek appropriately qualified professional advice where necessary. 14. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY House of Astara respects the personal nature of client conversations and information. Personal information is handled according to the House of Astara Privacy Policy. While reasonable steps are taken to protect client information, no online system, internet transmission, electronic communication, or third-party service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. 15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES House of Astara may rely on third-party technology providers for services such as website hosting, database infrastructure, email, scheduling, video communication, or payment processing. House of Astara is not responsible for outages, errors, interruptions, security incidents, or changes caused solely by independent third-party providers beyond its reasonable control. 16. TECHNICAL INTERRUPTIONS Internet connections, devices, software platforms, power outages, network failures, or other technical circumstances may occasionally interrupt or prevent a session. If a significant technical interruption occurs, House of Astara and the client may attempt to reconnect or arrange another reasonable solution depending on the circumstances. 17. ACCEPTABLE USE You agree not to misuse the House of Astara website, booking system, forms, communication channels, or services. You may not attempt to: • interfere with the website or its security; • gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data; • submit malicious software or automated abuse; • impersonate another person; or • use the service for unlawful, threatening, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. House of Astara may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect clients, Lisa Marie, the website, its services, or its systems. 18. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Unless otherwise stated, the House of Astara name, branding, website content, original written materials, graphics, session materials, and other original content are owned by or used with authorization by House of Astara. You may use materials provided to you for your own personal use unless otherwise stated. You may not commercially reproduce, sell, publish, distribute, or falsely claim ownership of House of Astara materials without permission. 19. CLIENT-PROVIDED CONTENT You retain responsibility for information, messages, questionnaire responses, and other content you voluntarily submit. By submitting information necessary to provide the requested service, you authorize House of Astara to process that information for legitimate purposes related to your inquiry, booking, session, administration, safety, and legal obligations, subject to the Privacy Policy. 20. TESTIMONIALS House of Astara will not represent that a testimonial guarantees that another client will experience the same result. Where a testimonial or client story is publicly used, appropriate permission will be obtained where required. 21. AVAILABILITY OF THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES House of Astara may modify, suspend, discontinue, add, or remove website features or services when reasonably necessary. There is no guarantee that every service, session type, availability period, website feature, or booking time will always remain available. 22. DISCLAIMER OF GUARANTEES House of Astara provides its services in good faith but does not guarantee any specific result. Experiences and outcomes vary from person to person. To the extent permitted by applicable law, House of Astara makes no guarantee that the website or services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every individual purpose. 23. LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY To the extent permitted by applicable law, House of Astara and Lisa Marie are not responsible for losses or damages resulting solely from decisions a client independently makes based on the client’s own interpretation of a session. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any legal responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. 24. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND RECORD OF ACCEPTANCE House of Astara may update these Terms when necessary. When a new version is published, the effective version presented during a new booking will apply to that booking. Where the booking system requires acceptance of the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, or Disclaimer, the client must affirmatively accept each applicable policy. Acceptance options should not be preselected on the client’s behalf. House of Astara may maintain records showing the date and time of acceptance and the version of each applicable policy presented and accepted in connection with a booking. Previous versions may be retained for legal, administrative, recordkeeping, and consent-record purposes. A client’s acceptance remains associated with the version presented and accepted at the relevant time. A later change to a policy does not by itself alter the record of what the client previously accepted. 25. OTHER POLICIES These Terms should be read together with: • Privacy Policy • Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • Disclaimer Where applicable during the booking process, each policy must be separately reviewed and affirmatively accepted. 26.
